normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:115%'>2、招标内容及规模：本项目主要是对院区内南部的市一大道道路及沿线景观进行改造升级，改造道路总长value="339.4" HasSpace="False" Negative="False"NumberType="1" TCSC="0" w:st="on">339.4米，总体改造面积11156.4平方米，其中道路改造7872.6平方米，景观改造3283.8平方米。改造内容包括但不限于：市一大道及北侧花基、磐松楼1号楼门口地景台阶、磐松楼2号楼城墙回音广场、母线槽装饰进行改造施工，新建教学相长庭以及配套园林灯光等。具体以施工图及工程量清单为准。

4、投标人应具备以下资质：

投标人具有承接本工程所需的市政公用工程施工总承包三级或以上级别资质。投标人拟担任本工程项目负责人的人员为：市政公用工程专业二级或以上级别的注册建造师，或具备市政公用工程专业的小型项目负责人资格。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;layout-grid-mode:char;background:white'>②建造师的专业及等级标准按《注册建造师执业管理办法（试行）》及《注册建造师执业工程规模标准（试行）》；注册建造师包括延续注册成功的注册临时建造师。根据广东省建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。投标人应提供有效的建造师或临时建造师或提供省建设执业资格注册中心“广东省二级注册建造师、二级注册结构工程师、二级注册建筑师注册管理信息系统”上有效的电子注册证书；或小型负责人培训合格证或小型负责人继续教育培训合格证及企业聘书；取自企业库内上传件。项目负责人在任职期间不得担任专职安全员，项目专职安全员在任职期间也不得担任项目负责人。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0'>5、项目负责人持有在有效期内的安全生产考核合格证书（B类），或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。

6、专职安全人员须具有在有效期内的安全考核合格证书（C类），或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页, 项目负责人和安全员不为同一人。

9、资格审查前，投标人须在广州市住房和城乡建设委员会建立企业诚信档案及拟担任本工程项目负责人须是本企业诚信档案中的在册人员。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:23.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;background:white'>注：1、资格审查文件组成见招标文件投标须知第11.2.3条，对于取自投标人在广州市房建和市政企业库内上传件的，企业库记录的该部分上传件将被视为投标人递交投标文件（资格审查资料）的一部分。评标委员会对该部分资料的审查以递交投标文件截止时间在广州市房建和市政企业库内的上传件为依据（合格条件第9项的诚信档案取自递交投标文件截止时间企业库内的信息）。其中项目负责人和专职安全人员的安全培训考核合格证明提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统相应人员信息资料的打印页的，则该项信息不取自企业库。若招标人延长递交投标文件时间，以延长递交投标文件截止时在广州市房建和市政企业库内的上传件为依据,且投标人应及时维护相关上传件，确保各项上传件的有效性。
