二、承包方式：

包各种协调服务，包送电方案，包协助向供电部门办理报装报建工作、配合报供电部门的其他审批手续及其费用，包协助向公-安、市政、规划等各部门办理相应的电缆沟、市政路面开挖的报批等相关手续，包路面修复、路面下穿管施工，包工、包材料、包工期、包质量、包安全生产、包文明施工、包调试和联合调试，包招标范围内工程竣工验收、包供电局送电前专项检测验收并送电、包结算的组织和资料整理、包承包人应当购买的保险等。本项目包工、包料、包设备、包工期、包质量、包至供电局报送电验电、包安全生产、包文明施工、包现场组织和协调、包调试与测试、包试运行、包竣工验收及正常送电、包质保期内工程质量保修。

3、招标控制价：14763031.92元。

normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:150%'>注：①资质标准按照建市[2014]159号文颁布的新版《建筑业企业资质标准》中对应的资质类别及等级的承包工程范围和《住房城乡建设部关于建筑业企业资质管理有关问题的通知》（建市[2015]154号）承接工程，并按《住房城乡建设部关于简化建筑业企业资质标准部分指标的通知》(建市[2016]226号)执行。
