1．招标条件

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:23.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>本招标项目广东广珠西线高速公路有限公司碧江生活区员工宿舍楼工程已由广东省交通集团有限公司以粤交集基〔2018〕630号批准建设，项目发包人为广东广珠西线高速公路有限公司。建设资金来自发包人自筹，项目出资比例为100%，招标人为广东广珠西线高速公路有限公司。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工采用资格后审方式进行公开招标，中标人与招标人签订施工合同。

3．投标人资格要求

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:23.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.1本次招标要求的投标人应具备本章2.2款规定的施工资质、类似工程业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力。

4．招标文件的获取

5．投标文件的递交及相关事宜

6．发布公告的媒介
