normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:21.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>本招标项目潮州市饶平县技工学校新校区建设项目（项目名称）已由饶平县发展和改革局以饶发改【2018】24号批准建设，项目业主为潮州市饶平县技工学校，建设资金来自省人社厅建设专项资金补助及地方配套，招标人为潮州市饶平县技工学校。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的勘察设计进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:21.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>2.1建设规模：①总建筑面积21000㎡，其中：理论教学楼2800㎡，实训楼（含实训教学楼和实训室）5600㎡，综合楼（含展厅与其他公用空间）4300㎡，学生宿舍楼5600㎡，会堂与食堂2500㎡，设备用房200㎡，另需考虑预留二期建设扶贫实训综合楼2250㎡，楼栋功能相近的其建筑面积可综合协调布置；②体育场地：建设一个6跑道的250米环形跑道运动场，110米直跑道，2个标准篮球场和2个标准羽毛球场；③停车场：在教学区和生活区设置露天停车场和自行车停车场；④建设学校大门及围墙。⑤项目建筑高度小于24米；⑥项目地下建筑面积不超600平米；⑦学校主入口设置内广场，该广场面积不得小于2000平米；⑧学校的教学区与生活区联系密切，为师生创造一个便捷的学习及生活环境；⑨机动车停车位不得小于40个。项目总投资8400.03万元，勘察费17.64万元，设计费99.12万元。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:21.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.1 本次招标要求投标人须同时具备①工程勘察综合甲级资质或工程勘察专业（岩土工程）乙级以上（含乙级）资质，②工程设计综合甲级资质或工程设计建筑行业甲级资质或工程设计建筑行业（建筑工程）甲级资质；且具有独立法人资格的单位，并在人员方面具有相应的设计能力。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:21.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>3.2 本次招标接受联合体投标,联合体成员单位不得多于2家。联合体投标的，应满足下列要求：牵头单位必须是设计方，联合体各方不得再单独或与其他单位组成联合体参与本项目投标。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:21.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>5.1 凡有意参加且报名资料符合招标公告要求的投标申请人，由申请人的法定代表人或委托代理人(须是拟投入本工程的项目负责人)于2018年12月26日至2019年1月2日（法定公休日、法定节假日除外），上午9:30时至11:30时，下午14:00时至16:00时(北京时间，下同)到广州公共资源交易中心进行报名并购买招标文件。
