normal align=left style='margin-left:35.9pt;text-align:left;text-indent:-35.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:-3.42'>       工程设计费（包括本招标范围所有工作内容的费用）按国家发展计划委员会、建设部2002年颁布的《工程勘察设计收费标准》和广州开发区财政局文件（穗开财字[2014]53号文）执行，专业调整系数暂定为 1.0 ，附加调整系数暂定为 1.1 ，工程复杂程度调整系数暂定为 1.15 ，并下浮20%计算，暂定为 622.91 万元，最终以广州开发区财政局或其授权委托单位审定结算价为准。 初步设计、施工图设计占全部设计工作量比例为100%,在合同实施期间设计费按建设规模和设计工作量调整，但费率浮动幅度不变。
