5、投标人拟担任本工程项目负责人的人员为市政公用工程专业 一 级或以上注册建造师，并持有有效的安全生产考核合格证（B类），或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。需提供建造师注册证、有效的第二代身份证、安全生产考核合格证B证、投标截止前近三个月有效的社保证明资料。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>注：①资质标准按照建市[2014]159号文颁布的新版《建筑业企业资质标准》中对应的资质类别及等级的承包工程范围和《住房城乡建设部关于建筑业企业资质管理有关问题的通知》（建市[2015]154号）承接工程。具体原则按《建筑业企业资质管理规定和资质标准实施意见》（建市[2015]20号）执行。

6、专职安全人员须具有安全生产考核合格证（C类）或提供了广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。（项目负责人与专职安全人员不为同一人。）

10.关于联合体投标：本项目不接受联合体投标。

未在招标公告第十条单列的资审合格条件，不作为资审不合格的依据。
