normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>（1）项目概况：本次招标为北二环高速公路-开创大道出入口照明系统施工招标。其中北二环高速公路主线标准段为双向十车道，单侧机动车道宽20.25米，道路照明采用14米高单挑臂路灯，双侧对称布置，灯具功率为330W LED灯,间距为40米；开创大道为城市主干路，标准段为双向八车道，单侧机动车道宽15.5米，道路照明采用14米高单挑臂路灯，双侧对称布置，灯具功率为2×250W LED灯，间距为40米；新增4条出入口匝道标准段位单向一或两车道，机动车道宽8.5米或10.5米，道路照明采用8米高单挑臂路灯，单侧布置，灯具功率为100W LED灯,间距为25米；建设地点为广州市。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备上述第 2.3 款表中所列相应资质；同时满足：近三年内（2015年1月1日至递交投标文件截止日止）具有：合同金额累计不低于1000万元的高速公路机电工程施工业绩（含照明系统）且其中至少1项合同金额不低于350万；并在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的施工能力。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>投标人应进入交通运输部“全国公路建设市场信用信息管理系统“（http:glxy.mot.gov.cn)”中的公路工程施工资质企业名录，且投标人名称和资质与该名录中的相应企业名称和资质完全一致。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.3 在本次招标中，每个投标人最多可对 1 个标段投标，但只允许中 1 个标。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.4 与招标人存在利害关系可能影响招标公正性的法人，不得参加投标；若单位负责人[1]为同一人、或者存在控股[2]、管理关系[3]的不同单位，不得参加同一标段投标或者未划分标段的同一招标项目投标，否则按否决其投标处理。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.2投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2019 年1月 28 日10时30分，投标人应于当日10时10分至10时30分将投标文件递交至广州公共资源交易中心（广州市天河区天润路333号）。
