   2.1 工程建设地点：大埔县档案馆内。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:28.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan;background:white'>3.4 拟投入项目负责人（必须是本单位人员）应具备房屋建筑工程专业二级或以上级别的注册建造师资格（省外企业项目负责人需具房屋建筑工程专业一级注册建造师资格），在本单位注册（根据《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》粤建市函［2011］218号）规定，二级建造师必须在广东省内注册）。具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且无在建项目（报名结束后招标人将对此核查，如发现项目负责人有在建项目的，将取消其投标资格并按相关规定处理）；拟投入项目技术负责人应具备房屋建筑工程类中级以上（含中级）职称；拟投入本工程的项目负责人和技术负责人应与投标时一致；拟投入项目的现场管理人员必须是本公司的员工；每人在本项目只能担任一个岗位，不得兼任；
