normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>1、投标人具有独立法人资格，经营范围包含园林绿化工程（风景园林工程或景观绿地工程或绿化工程服务）等相关业务范围（以工商营业执照注明的经营范围或事业单位法人证书注明的业务范围为准，如营业执照中没有体现经营范围的，则须提供工商部门网站“商事主体登记及备案信息查询单”查询页面（含经营范围）打印件）。

normal style='text-indent:23.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.99;line-height:150%'>2、投标人拟担任本工程项目负责人的人员具有园林绿化或风景园林专业高级或以上专业技术职称。

3、投标人自2015年1月1日至今完成过质量合格的类似工程业绩（类似工程业绩是指工程造价大于或等于5000万元的园林绿化工程施工项目业绩）。工程业绩取自广州公共资源交易中心城市园林绿化企业工程业绩库中的业绩信息，业绩的金额以中标通知书或施工合同为准，业绩的时间须以竣工验收报告为准。须同时提供中标通知书或免招标的相关证明、施工合同、竣工质量验收报告或竣工验收相关证明。

注：（1）业绩取自广州公共资源交易中心城市园林绿化企业工程业绩库。

（2）园林绿化工程，需提供中标通知书或免招标的相关证明、施工合同、园林工程竣工质量验收报告。

（3）由总承包单位依法分包的园林绿化工程业绩，需提供经业主和总承包单位确认的分包合同、竣工验收报告或竣工验收证明。

（4）联合体业绩的则按中标通知书金额乘以联合体双方盖章确认的协议书比例为准。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>7、资格审查前，投标人在广州公共资源交易中心办理了企业信息登记，拟担任本工程项目负责人须是本企业信息登记中的在册人员。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>8、具由公司、企业住所地所属检察-院或广州市黄埔区人民检察-院（对有关单位或个人申请涉及外国国籍人士的个人行贿犯罪档案查询则由广东省人民检察-院受理查询）于该项目招标期间(自招标公告发布之日起到递交投标文件截止期）出具的《检察机关查询行贿犯罪档案结果告知函》，证明投标人及其法定代表人、项目负责人近10年内（单位营业期限不满10年即按单位营业执照的成立日期起查询）无行贿犯罪记录。
