二、投标人资格要求：

1、如在中华人民共和国境内具有独立法人资格的制造商、制造商授权的代理商或外商驻中国办事处，具有投标产品的销售等相关业务经营范围，需提供有效的企业法人营业执照副本、有效的组织机构代码证和税务登记证副本；或者三证合一的营业执照；所提供资料必须为最新的资质文件。

2、提供制造厂商对本项目的授权和投标人法人授权书。

3、须提供售后服务承诺书。

4、提供设备正式样本。

5、提供该产品出口国许可证的书面承诺函；不可因办出口许可证的拖延而影响交货期。

6、本项目不接受联合体投标。

7、招标文件需要的其他资格文件。

1. 招标文件的领取：
