The project is qualified for bidding conditions, and invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of 3D PIV optical testing system (The name of the equipment) by way of International Competitive Bidding.

3. Qualification Requirements For Bidder

3.1  Main Technical Data：(1)*Max. shooting frequency: not lower than 7,400 Hz at resolution of 1,280x800 (2)*Camera head memory: ≥ 36 GB (3)*Max. repeated frequency: not lower than 10 kHz Qualification requirements : (1)*1) The bidder shall provide original official authorization of the manufacturer in view of this project in the bidding documents. 2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
