资质要求：
①投标人提供有效的营业执照或事业单位法人证书的复印件；
②境内投标人（除港、澳、台地区）须同时提交中国人民银行或其下属分支机构出具的银行基本账户开户许可证复印件；
③设备制造商须具有完善的质量管理体系，并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证书证明材料；
④投标人须提供2015年至今不少于3家（包含3家）与本项目同类型设备的国内业绩，并提供用户清单；
⑤投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

2. Delivery place: Domestic Goods: Buyer's Project Site

3. Qualification requirements：
①The bidder shall provide copies of valid business licenses or corporate certificates of public institutions;
②Domestic bidders (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must submit a copy of the bank's basic account opening permit issued by the People's Bank of China or its affiliates;
③The manufacturer shall provide valid certification materials for quality management system certification;
④The bidder shall hA/Ve not less than 3 relevant performance and provide domestic user lists of the same type of equipment from 2015 to now;
⑤The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank that opened the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date;

4.The price of bidding documents: RMB 1000 or USD $160 per package, and the documents will not be returned.
