normal style='line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>    白鹤滩水电站位于金沙江下游四川省宁南县和云南省巧家县境内，距巧家县城45km，距昆明约260km，至重庆、成都、贵阳均在400km左右，至华东地区上海的直线距离为1850km。电站上接乌东德梯级，下邻溪洛渡梯级，距溪洛渡水电站195km。对外交通主要从坝址上游的葫芦口镇进入工地。葫芦口大桥以外可通过省道分别至四川省的西昌市和攀枝花市、云南省的昆明市和昭通市等地。葫芦口至西昌和东川现有公路等级分别为三级或二级，里程分别约158km和110km，路况较好，是主要对外通道。西昌和东川均有铁路通达。目前昭通市已建成葫芦口经巧家至昭通的昭巧二级公路，葫芦口至昭通里程约163km。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>⑴、单价已包含图纸设计、包装费、运输及运输保险、税费、管理费等一切费用和拟获得的利润；货物包装必须坚牢，并应按照商品特点，采取防锈、防挤压、碰撞使材料变形等措施，耐粗暴搬运，适合远程运输。由于包装不良、采用不充分或不妥善的防护措施而引起货物变形、散包等损失、丢失，卖方应承担由此而产生的一切费用和损失。

normal style='line-height:150%'>3、询价函、报价函及其澄清文件均为采购合同的组成部分。

normal style='line-height:150%'>4、对上述条款应作出响应，非响应性报价均作无效报价处理。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>合同签订后，卖方按合同规定的时间将货物送到项目指定地点，并提交经买方核对无误的清单及全额发票，共同对货物进行验收后30天内支付合同总额的60%；货物安装验收合格后30天内支付合同总额的35%；余货款总额5%为质保金在质保期满无质量问题30天内付清。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char'>除中华人民共和国法律约定的不可抗力的情形外，若卖方不能按合同约定的时间交货，每延迟一天，卖方应向买方支付合同总价的0.5%作为违约金。如卖方延期交货超过双方约定的交货日期10天，买方有权单方解除合同，卖方应向买方支付合同总价的5%作为违约金。
