1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
（1）设备采用符合行业标准的成熟设计，向国内外用户交付过不少于10台的同类设备，并提供相关证明文件（用户名称，合同信息），合同复印件或验收报告。
（2）对国外投标商一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
技术要求：
平台平面度：≤±0.10mm
模具测温点：≥8个
控温精度：在920℃条件下，±5℃以内。
增加负载后（模具吨位不小于3吨、模具幅面（长×宽）不小于800mm×1400mm），在920℃条件下模具温度均匀性在±5℃以内。

Qualification requirements :
(1) Standard and field approved design. There must at least 10 machines delivered to customers for same type of applications. Provide the relevant certificate (including name of the User, contract information) contract copy or acceptance report in the bidding document.
(2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)

The control accuracy: At 920℃, within ±5℃.
