normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>近10年（自2008年12月～2018年11月）（指从合同履约验收报告(或完工验收鉴定书，或竣工验收鉴定书)标明的验收日期起）具有独立制造过 10台额定容量不小于63000kVA的110KV双圈电力变压器，到投标截止之日止已成功地运行2年以上；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.5. 型式试验报告要求：投标产品需提供国家级变压器质检机构出具的有效期内的型式试验报告，必须有不小于63000kVA型式试验报告。型式试验主要包括温升试验、绝缘型式试验。例行试验内容主要包括绕组电阻测量、电压比测量、连接组标号检查、空载电流和空载电流测量、短路阻抗和负载损耗测量等。

3.6其它要求：

3.6.2 本次招标不接受联合体和代理商投标。

3.6.3本次招标采用资格后审，综合评分法评标。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>4.1凡有意参加投标者，请申请人的法定代表人或授权委托人持其本人二代身份证原件于2019年 1 月 24 日至2019 年 1 月 28 日、上午9:30时至11:30时、下午14:00时至16:00时(北京时间，下同)，到广州公共资源交易中心（广州市天河区天润路333号）报名，符合资格要求的可以购买招标文件，逾期不予受理。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>4.2报名及购买招标文件时须持以下资料：①法定代表人证明书原件和授权委托书原件，法定代表人或授权委托人二代身份证复印件；②营业执照副本复印件； ③最近三个会计年度（2015年～2017年）经合法中介机构审计的财务报表（包括资产负债表、现金流量表、损益表）；④业绩证明材料复印件（同时提供中标通知书报告、合同协议书、验收报告和运行报告）；⑤提供国家级变压器质检机构报告的网络查询方式或查询电话（检测机构需是国家级变压器检测机构：沈阳变压器研究院、西安高压电器研究院有限责任公司（西高所）、武汉高压研究所、苏州电器科学研究院）。投标报名申请表（在广州公共资源交易中心网站下载，并按表格要求填写盖章）一式两份，单独提交。
