normal align=left style='margin-left:36.0pt;mso-para-margin-left:3.0gd;text-align:left;line-height:22.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>（4）负责完成立项（含可研）及本项目设计任务书范围涉及的所有建设内容的方案设计、初步设计、施工图设计【设计内容包含但不仅限于以下专业内容: 建筑工程、装修装饰工程、道路工程、排水工程、给水工程、照明工程、强电、弱电工程、交通工程、绿化工程、人防工程、消防工程、防雷、软基处理、基坑支护、广场景观及园建工程、灯光夜景、管线综合、相关配套设施及所有分部分项工程的深化设计等（具体以招标人要求为准）】。中标人除应按招标人要求交付设计成果文件外，还应提交施工图设计文件中所引用图集的复印件、专业工程施工大样图、材料设备技术需求书等。

normal style='margin-left:40.8pt;mso-para-margin-left:2.99gd;text-indent:-4.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:-.41;line-height:24.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>1）造价文件编制工作：完成本项目招标范围内工程概算、施工图预算（包括施工招标控制价配合、设计变更预算编制等）等造价文件的编制工作（含拆除、场地平整、管线迁移、临设搭建等）及相关配合报审工作，还包括各阶段方案比选、技术选型比选的投资分析、施工阶段的设计变更造价变化分析等，并对施工单位深化设计成果进行确认，并加盖审核章；造价成果文件必须满足湛江市财政部门审核和施工招标文件的要求；

normal style='margin-left:40.85pt;mso-para-margin-left:2.99gd;text-indent:-4.95pt;mso-char-indent-count:-.41;line-height:24.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>（9）分包要求：本项目中（包括但不限于红线范围内）应保证按规划及建筑功能要求、配套设施要求完成本工程造价中包含的全部项目的专业专项设计（如节能、环保、绿色建筑等）；限于专业资质问题不能进行的专项设计，报招标人同意后可进行分包，专项分包设计费由承包人承担。专项分包施工图设计文件中，需承包人校核确认的部分由承包人及专项分包方人员进行会签并盖经授权的图纸审核专用章或公章；专项分包方须具备与本项目招标范围相应资质和能力，成果文件必须满足湛江市财政部门审核和施工招标文件的要求；

normal style='margin-left:48.0pt;mso-para-margin-left:4.0gd;line-height:18.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>②联合体各方应按招标文件提供的格式签订联合体协议书，在该协议书中必须指定牵头人，授权其代表所有联合体成员负责投标、委派项目负责人和合同实施阶段的主办、协调工作，并约定各方拟承担的工作责任和权利义务。联合体协议书必须加盖所有联合体成员法人公章并由其法定代表人签字或盖章确认。

normal style='margin-left:41.05pt;text-indent:-41.05pt;mso-char-indent-count:-3.42;line-height:24.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>1.5.1 自本公告发出起7个工作日内，即2019 年 1 月 25 日至2019 年 1 月 31日的上午9:30时至11:30时，下午14:00时至16:00时(北京时间，下同)，由投标人到广州公共资源交易中心37号窗口（广州市天河区天润路333号）投标报名并购买招标文件，逾期不予受理。招标文件费300元（含密封袋），其他资料费500元（含红线图、相关文件资料等），交纳后不予退回，由收款机构开具收据或发票。
