normal style='text-indent:20.85pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.95;line-height:150%'>在现有公路基础上进行路面改造，采用现有二级公路技术标准，其中丰顺潘田至贵田段路线长约22.6公里，设计速度40公里/小时，路基宽8.5-10米；贵田至县城段路线长约6.7公里，设计速度60公里/小时，路基宽15米。

3．投标人资格要求

4.1 凡有意参加投标者，请于2019年1月30日至2019年2月3日每日上午9时30分至11时30分，下午14时00分至16时00分（北京时间，下同），在广州公共资源交易中心（广州市天河区天润路333号），持单位介绍信原件和经办人身份证复印件（原件备查）、及《广州建设工程投标报名申请表》（一式两份）购买招标文件。

5.投标文件的递交及相关事宜

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.1 招标人不统一组织投标人现场踏勘，也不统一召开投标预备会，投标人可自行进行现场踏勘。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>5.2投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2019年3月7 日9时00分，投标人应于2019年3月7日8时30分至9时00分前（注：具体时间以广州公共资源交易网上服务指南-交易活动安排一栏中公布的时间为准）将投标文件递交至广州公共资源交易中心。

5.3逾期送达或者未送达指定地点的或不按照招标文件要求密封的投标文件，招标人将予以拒收。

6. 发布公告的媒介
