1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
（1）制造商应具有湿热试验箱近三年内销售业绩，列出至少3个国内用户清单及联系方式，上述业绩需提供用户的采购合同或验收意见等证明材料。
（2）对国外投标商一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
技术要求：
温度范围：-40℃～180℃
湿度范围：10%～95%
容积：≥500L
温度均匀性：±0.5℃
