技术规格：
*1）.基本功能描述：能够对分析对象内部裂纹、分层、空洞、气泡等缺陷进行观察、分析、定位和测量，分析对象包括典型塑封集成电路、IGBT、倒装焊芯片、分立器件和对射式光电耦合器等9款电子元器件，具体测试对象和分析部位要求如下表，投标人需采用投标型号设备针对招标方提供的样品按要求进行表征，出具正式签署的试验报告作为本次应标的支撑文件，并承诺投标方到招标方现场安装的设备能针对这9只电子元器件样品复现试验结果，试验效果不差于本次投标文件所表征的效果。

SINOCHEM Commerce Co.,Ltd. entrusted by China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding and traditional bidding.
1． name, quantity, specifications and sources of funds for the bidding:
Acoustic Scanning Microscope, 1 set
Technical specifications:
*1) Basic Function Description: It can observe, analyze, locate and measure the internal cracks, delamination, voids, bubbles and other defects of the analytic object. The analytic object includes nine electronic components such as typical plastic-encapsulated integrated circuit, IGBT, flip-chip, discrete device and reflective optocoupler. The specific test object and the requirement of the analytic position are as follows: bidders need to use the table below. The model equipment is characterized according to the requirements of the samples provided by the tenderer, and the formally signed test report is issued as the supporting document for this bid. The equipment installed by the tenderer at the tenderer's site is promised to reproduce the test results for the nine electronic component samples. The test results are not inferior to those indicated in this tender document.
Source of the funds: capital appropriated from the national treasury
2． Delivery time: The delivery time is 6 months after the entry into force of the contract.
