normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>   （1）投标人必须具有独立法人资格；

normal style='margin-left:.05pt;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>  （2）投标人必须具有具备电力工程施工总承包三级或以上资质或输变电工程专业承包二级或以上资质，具有国家主管部门核发的《承装（修、试）电力设施许可证》承装类四级或以上资格。并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力；

normal style='line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>   （5）拟派的项目负责人必须是投标单位人员，具有机电工程专业二级（或以上）注册建造师任职资格证书及安全生产“三类人员”B类证书、(根据《建造师执业资格制度暂行规定》（人发[2002]111号）第十五条、第十九条规定，二级建造师资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业，故不接受外省企业的二级注册建造师报名)，在报名时及中标后，该项目负责人不能担任其它项目的项目负责人；

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:11.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:1.0;line-height:20.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;mso-pagination:widow-orphan'>（7）投标人拟委派在本项目的本单位在职专业人员至少不低于以下人员配置：项目技术负责人1名(具备电力相关专业中级或以上职称)；施工员1名(具备电力相关专业中级或以上职称)、质检员1名、安全员1名（要求持有建安C证）、资料员1名；以上所委派人员及项目负责人须具有2018年9月至2018年11月的社会劳动保险证明，社会劳动保险证明所属单位必须与投标人名称一致；

2．投标人在报名前已在广州公共资源交易中心办理企业信息登记；

（三）踏勘现场：

 由于本项目施工时间紧迫，施工条件复杂，投标人应在投标报价时充分考虑此项费用及充分了解实际难度。为减少施工期间造成当地乡村道路及基础设施的损坏的影响，投标人必须参加由招标人组织的标前踏勘现场，以充分了解施工场地的位置、周边环境、道路、装卸、保管、安装限制等具体情况。投标人的法定代表人、项目负责人、项目技术负责人、施工员、质检员、安全员等人员须携带本人身份证原件、注册证(或职称证)原件、社保证明资料原件及上述资料的复印件一份(加盖公章)踏勘现场，原件核查后退回并由招标单位在踏勘证明上盖章(格式见本公告附件一)。 踏勘现场时间： 2019年 1 月 4 日至2019年 1 月 8 日每天上午9:30至11:30，下午14:30至16:00。踏勘现场单位需提前3小时联系招标代理机构。交通工具自备，食宿自理。（联系人：李杨  13286955301）
