normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:150%'>②招标内容含有设计要求，且设计要求仅为深化设计的，在投标人的资质设置要求中，不允许设置设计资质要求。建造师的专业及等级标准按《注册建造师执业管理办法（试行）》及《注册建造师执业工程规模标准（试行）》；注册建造师包括延续注册成功的注册临时建造师。根据广东省建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。投标人应提供有效的二级建造师执业资格证书或提供省建设执业资格注册中心“取得二级建筑师、二级结构工程师、二级建造师执业资格证书持证人员从业情况信息公开平台”上有效的《二级建造师执业资格证书持证人员从业情况信息公开证明》。小型项目负责人需符合粤建市[2010]26号文规定，专业以企业聘书上所聘专业为准，如聘书中专业未明确，以小型项目负责人培训合格证或小型负责人继续教育培训合格证中的专业为准。项目负责人在任职期间不得担任专职安全员，项目专职安全员在任职期间也不得担任项目负责人。

5、持有项目负责人安全培训考核合格证（B类）或能够提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统安全生产管理人员证书信息的打印页。

注：（1）资格审查文件组成见招标文件投标须知第11.2.3条，对于取自投标人在广州市房建和市政企业库内上传件的，企业库记录的该部分上传件将被视为投标人递交投标文件（资格审查资料）的一部分。评标委员会对该部分资料的审查以递交投标文件截止时间在广州市房建和市政企业库内的上传件为依据（合格条件第11项的诚信档案取自递交投标文件截止时间在企业库内的信息）。其中项目负责人和专职安全人员的安全培训考核合格证明提供广东省建筑施工企业管理人员安全生产考核信息系统相应人员信息资料的打印页的，则该项信息不取自企业库。若招标人延长递交投标文件时间，以延长递交投标文件截止时在广州市房建和市政企业库内的上传件为依据,且投标人应及时维护相关上传件，确保各项上传件的有效性。
