茂湛铁路茂名东至塘口段电气化改造工程建管甲供物资第二批招标

1．招标条件

本项目茂湛铁路茂名东至塘口段电气化改造nEstyle='font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>工程已由中国铁路总公司以《中国铁路总公司 广东省关于茂湛铁路茂名东至塘口段电气化改造工程可行性研究报告的批复》(铁总计统nEstyle='font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>函〔2017〕nEstyle='mso-fareast-language:ZH-CN'>339nEstyle='font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>号)nEstyle='font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>批准建设，项目业主为茂湛铁路有限责任公司，建设资金来源为自有资金，建设资金已落实，招标人为中国铁路广州局集团公司江门工程建设指挥部nEstyle='font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>。本项目交通车nEstyle='font-family:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:"Times New Roman";mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"'>，现进行公开招标。

2．项目概况与招标内容

2.1项目概况：茂湛铁路茂名东至塘口段电气化改造工程位于广东省西部，东起广茂铁路茂名东站，西止黎湛铁路塘口站，是国家路网主通道中的沿海铁路快速通道和大湛铁路通道的重要组成部分。线路长度value="91.507" HasSpace="False" Negative="False"NumberType="1" TCSC="0" w:st="on">91.507公里。沿途经茂名市（茂南区）、湛江市（吴川市、坡头区、遂溪县等县市区），新设吴川站、塘缀站、黄略站、接入黎湛铁路塘口站。新建茂名至塘口段电气化改造工程为铁道部、广东省合建项目，设计概算总额约3.19亿元。建设期为1.5年，2017年9月开工，计划2018年竣工。

3．投标人资格要求

3.1本次招标各包件要求投标人须具备的资格条件见附表。

3.2本次招标不接受联合体投标。联合体投标的，应满足下列要求：     /       。

4．招标文件的获取
