二、项目概况、招标范围

normal style="line-height:150%;" >1、项目概况：郑州市贾鲁河综合治理生态绿化工程项目，融入海绵城市、水景观、水文化等理念，对两岸绿地进行生态修复、雨水处理、景观设计、生态绿化、文化展示、慢行系统、休闲系统、灯光照明等进行勘测设计工作。参考现代城市生态河流的发展需要，本次工程任务是梳理贾鲁河所处区域规划情况，分析贾鲁河沿线现状，挖掘郑州地域文化和贾鲁河历史文化，融入海绵城市理念，打造贾鲁河两岸生态景观，将贾鲁河建设成为郑州市的“文化河、生态河、景观河”，塑造郑州市贾鲁河沿岸城市新品牌。本项目设计范围为60.37km，河道蓝线外两侧 15-220m，施工总面积约 1023.9 hm2。工程总投资 640968.41万元，其中工程静态总投资 625399.60万元，建设期贷款利息 15568.81万元，价格水平年按照 2017年11月份价格水平计算。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;mso-pagination:widow-orphan;text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >二七区项目工程起点为尖岗水库，至中原区与二七区区界，全长约2.4公里（桩号K0+300－K2+714）,位于郑少高速航海路连接线与郑州西四环之间,对外交通十分便利。建设内容包括贾鲁河两侧蓝线外15～220米范围两岸绿地的生态绿化工程，公园及植物主题园，广场，驿站、公厕、木屋、垃圾中转站、接待中心等建筑，整体信息化工程等。

normal style="line-height:150%;" >注：1）、由于设计图纸未全部完成，以上数量仅为做标书参考数量，招标数量可能与实际需求量存在偏差，最终结算量为根据工程需要经验收合格的实际供货品种和数量。若因投资计划、征地拆迁、设计变更等原因，致使投资规模、工程量或供货品种、供货时间发生较大规模改变，采购量及采购品种相应调整，投标人应予以接受，并不得以此作为调价和索赔依据。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >1.1投标人具有国内独立企业法人资格的生产厂家，须提供国家、行业有关的生产、质检标准资料，所供产品的其他相关资格证明文件。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;text-align:left;line-height:150%;" >1.2投标人在近三年应具有类似工程的球墨铸铁明沟篦子类供货业绩，供货合同不少于2个，且签订单项合同金额均在壹佰万元以上（附合同扫描件）。

四、招标文件的获取

五、投标文件的递交

1、投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为2019年2月25日10时00分（北京时间），投标文件递交地点为郑州市高新技术开发区总部企业基地2期75号楼301室。

2、逾期送达的或者未送达指定地点的投标文件，招标人不予受理。

3、投标截止时间及递交地点如有变动，招标人将及时以书面形式通知所有已购买招标文件的潜在投标人。

4、递交投标文件前须在中电建集中采购电子平台通过招标人或股份公司合格供应商审查，成为招标人或股份公司合格供应商后方能进行投标文件递交和开标。未办妥成为合格供应商造成无法递交和开标的，责任自负。
