normal style='text-indent:27.75pt;line-height:25.0pt'>5.1报价人须按照《报价文件格式》要求的内容和格式将报价文件所需资料整理成一份Word文档（.doc）和一份签字盖章的扫描件（.pdf）的报价文件，并打包压缩成一个文件（RAR格式）后，在下述规定时间内上传至中国电建设备物资集中采购平台（http://ec3.powerchina.cn），两份文件内容必须一致。
