The project issued an Invitation for Bids on the supply of Fukang City roads maintenance equipment and Ganhezi Town snow clearing equipment on the official website of the ADB, www.dlztb.com, www.chinabidding.com and www.chinaitc.com.cn in March 12, 2018. The deadline for bid submission postponed for the first time to 9:30 a.m. on May 22, 2018, the second extension to June 21, 2018, the third extension to July 16, 2018, the fourth extension to August 15, 2018, the fifth extension to August 31, 2018, the sixth extension to September 30, 2018, the seventh extension to October 30, 2018, the eighth extension to November 29, 2018, the ninth extension to December 28, 2018, and the tenth extension to February 21, 2019.
