normal style='text-indent:26.9pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.24;line-height:170%'>②建造师的专业及等级标准按《注册建造师执业管理办法（试行）》及《注册建造师执业工程规模标准（试行）》；注册建造师包括延续注册成功的注册临时建造师。根据广东省建设厅《关于明确省外二级建造师入粤注册和执业有关问题的通知》（粤建市函〔2011〕218号），二级建造师执业资格证书、注册证书仅限所在行政区域内有效，不得跨省执业。投标人应提供有效的二级建造师执业资格证书或提供省建设执业资格注册中心“广东省二级注册建造师、二级注册结构工程师、二级注册建筑师注册管理信息系统”上有效的电子注册证书。项目负责人在任职期间不得担任专职安全员，项目专职安全员在任职期间也不得担任项目负责人，项目负责人和安全员不为同一人。
