4. ink2'>关于投资控制ink2'>

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:24.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>1ink2'>、本项目勘察费、设计费、工程建安费招标控制价只作为招标的依据，中标价只作为签订合同的依据，两者均不作为支付进度款和结算的依据；ink2'>
