normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>广珠西线高速公路是广东省高速公路网中重要的一条线，其线路起于广州市荔湾区海南村，途径广州、佛山、中山三个市区，终点在中山市坦洲镇月环村，总里程为97.286km，全线按平原微丘区双向六车道设计，全封闭，全立交，设计时速100km/h，路基宽度33.0m。广珠西线全线通车，满足了广州市与佛山市、中山市、珠海市之间的高速联系需要，并将广州到珠海的行车时间缩短至约1小时，其进一步改善珠三角地区的交通状况，促进地区经济发展，对珠三角地区的政治、经济、文化乃至国防的发展都具有特殊重要的意义。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>广珠西线高速公路全线位于广东省珠江三角洲平原，地势平坦开阔，海拔高度一般在1～5m，局部路段为风化残丘地貌。平原内河流纵横，水网交错，河流水网间广泛分布着鱼塘、稻田和花圃、果林、菜园等经济作物。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>广珠西线高速公路所在地区属亚热带湿润季风气候区，受海洋季风影响，气候温暖，雨量充沛；夏季湿热，多台风暴雨，雨季为4-9月份；冬季干燥，有冷空气侵袭。本路段范围内河流均属珠江水系，区内河流均属平原区河流，河岸较顺直，河床较为稳定，水流平缓，冲淤变化不大，流速一般在1m/s左右。年平均温度：21-22oC。历年极端最高温度：38 oC历年极端最低温度： -1.8 oC。降雨量：年平均降雨量：1700-1800mm。风速：年平均风速：2.1m/s。最大风速：33-38m/s。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>广珠西线高速公路分布的河流水系主要有虎跳门、崖门水道，其次是古斗冲，其余是细小的流溪，均迳流入海。古斗冲发源于古斗西南麓，流域面积40多平方公里，上游建有东方红水库，库容2700万立方米，起截流蓄洪作用。其余尚有洪婆冲等细小流溪四条，或因上游建水库，或因改作排灌渠，流量均十分细小，旱季甚至干涸。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>广东广珠西线高速公路有限公司的财产一切险、公众责任险、现金险。其中，财产一切险的投保总额为796300万元，公众责任险投保总额为3000万元，现金险投保总额为200万元。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char;vertical-align:baseline'>3.1投标人或其总公司（或集团公司）必须是在国内成立并有效存续、由中国保险监督管理委员会批准开展保险业务、并具有独立法定代表人资格的保险公司（或集团公司）。若投标人为该保险公司（或集团公司）之分支机构，需为经投标人总公司（或集团公司）唯一授权的省级分公司或以上的分支机构。同一集团（或总公司）内仅接受一家下属公司参与投标；
