二、项目概况、竞标范围

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >班多水电站开发任务为发电,正常蓄水位2760m，死水位2757m，总库容1820万m3，调节库容373.6万m3，水库无调节洪水能力。最大坝高为78.72m，装机容量360MW。单独运行发电量14.12亿kW•h运行。根据《水电枢纽工程等级划分及设计安全标准》（DL5180-2003）及《防洪标准》（GB50201-2014）的有关规定，本工程为大（2）型二等工程。挡水、泄洪、引水及发电等永久性主要建筑物为2级建筑物，次要建筑物为3级建筑物。
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >班多水电站拦河大坝为河床式厂房混凝土重力坝，工程枢纽布置从左岸到右岸分别为左岸挡水副坝（前期为导流明渠）、泄洪闸坝段、安装间坝段、厂房坝段、右岸挡水副坝。鱼道布置于枢纽右岸，生态放水设施进口布置于右③副坝坝段。
normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >鱼道结构主要由进鱼口、鱼道池室、休息室、观察室、出鱼口等组成。本工程结合平面转弯段共布置休息室16个（含大型休息室1个）、进鱼口2个、出鱼口1个、观察室1个，全长1998.70m。根据坝下流场流速实测情况，以及生态放水管布置情况，本次设计将鱼道2个进鱼口分别布置在厂房尾水下游约320m、280m处岸坡外侧。鱼道进鱼口段线路逆水流方向向上游延伸，在厂房尾水下游约60m～340m范围的右岸边坡以“之”字路的形式迂回向上，于厂房尾水下游约250m处岸坡内侧开始延右岸施工道路向上游延伸至水电站枢纽，于桩号鱼1+815.70m～鱼1+851.95m段以开孔的形式通过右坝肩，之后继续延施工道路向上游延伸至出鱼口。
