normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>磨刀门出口水域模拟试验设施建设项目经水利部珠江水利委员会以《珠江委关于磨刀门出口水域模拟试验设施建设项目初步设计报告的批复》（珠水规计〔２０１7〕186号文）批复实施，建设资金来源为中央财政资金。项目已具备招标条件，现对磨刀门出口水域模拟试验设施建设项目配套剖面流速仪采购项目面向国内公开招标。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>2.1 项目概况：新建磨刀门出口水域模拟试验厅，建设磨刀门出口水域物理模拟试验模型，配套应试验设备。试验厅总建筑面积4045平方米，单层建筑物；试验模型总长100米，宽58米，占地面积3300平方米；配套建设模型供回水系统、测控系统、测流设备等各类仪器设备。

normal align=left style='text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>2.2 招标内容：五套剖面流速仪设备的采购、供货、提货、出厂验收、运输、现场验收、保管、安装、系统集成、调试、试运行及交接试验、验收、12个月质保期及移交给招标人的全部工作。

3.1 资质条件：须为中华人民共和国境内注册，具有独立法人资格的企业；在人员、设备、资金等方面具备相应的实施能力；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.2 财务要求：投标人近3年（2015～2017年）财务状况良好，以经会计师事务所或审计机构审计的财务会计报表为准；

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char;text-autospace:none'>3.3投标人未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)以下任意记录名单之一：①记录失信被执行人；②重大税收违法案件当事人名单；③政府采购严重违法失信行为。同时，不处于中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)“政府采购严重违法失信行为信息记录”中的禁止参加政府采购活动期间（说明：以投标截止日之前10日内在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）及中国政府采购网(www.ccgp.gov.cn)查询结果（信用信息查询记录和证据截图）为准）；

本次资格审查采用资格后审方式，资格审查的具体要求见招标文件。资格审查不合格的投标人的投标文件将按无效标处理。
