一、竞标条件

二、项目概况、竞标范围

normal style="margin-right:0.8500pt;text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000; line-height:200%;" >应人石河口生态水库堤址以上流域面积9.01km2，多面平均径流量为734.4万m3，设计洪水标准P=2%，设计洪峰流量169.49m3/s。该工程所处地貌类型为低丘陵台地，地形呈“U”型，两岸开阔，堤址地层主要包括冲洪积层和残坡积层，工程区地震基本烈度为VII级。新建管涵：隧洞直径5m（本项目不涉及），进口箱涵5.0m×5.0m，连通闸6.0m×3.0m（2孔，闸底高程26.5m）。九围河口生态水库堤址以上流域面积8.7km2，设计洪水标准P=2%，设计洪峰流量159.11m3/s。该工程所处地貌类型为低丘陵台地地貌，地形呈“U”型，两岸开阔，堤址地层主要包括冲洪积层和残坡积层，工程区地震基本烈度为VII级，地震动峰值加速度0.1g。连通闸：1孔，净宽6m。

注：由于设计图纸未全部完成，以上数量仅为做标书参考数量，招标数量可能与实际需求量存在偏差，最终结算量为根据工程需要经验收合格的实际供货品种和数量,若因投资计划、征地拆迁、设计变更等原因，致使投资规模、工程量或供货品种、供货时间发生较大规模改变，采购量及采购品种相应调整，投标人应予接受，并不得以此作为调价和索赔依据。

三、竞标响应人资格要求
