normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all'>1、本次询比价为整体采购，询比价响应供应商报价时须写明单价及总价、产品的详细配置参数，报价包含货物制造、运输、装卸、安装、售后服务等交付采购人使用前所有可能发生的费用，确定成交供应商不再增补任何费用。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:150%'>3）财务能力要求：报价人注册资金不低于50万元（含）人民币。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:150%'>4）质量保证能力要求：已获得ISO9000质量管理体系认证、提供近两年（2017-2018）质检报告。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:150%'>5）供货业绩要求：报价人和同类产品具有近 3年内供货业绩，并提供相关证明材料（中标通知书复印件或供货合同复印件）。

normal style='text-indent:21.2pt;line-height:150%'>6）履约信用要求：报价人必须具有良好的社会信誉，最近两年内没有与骗取合同有关的犯罪或严重违法行为而引起的诉讼和仲裁；近两年不曾在合同中严重违约或被逐；财产未被接管或冻结，企业未处于禁止或取消投标状态。
