一、招标条件

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0000;line-height:20.0000pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly;" >新建兴国至泉州铁路宁化至泉州（XQNQ-7）标段线路起于戴云山二号出口（不含）（DK384+422），终于浮龟特大桥大里程段台尾（含）（DK422+783.44），位于福建省泉州市德化及安溪境内，正线长38.5km。本标段造价为12.77亿元人民币。开工日期为2017年4月1日，总工期为54个月。
2、招标范围
投标人须承担本次招标采购产品的运输、送检、交货以及质保期内的服务等工作。投标人确保供货及时，满足招标人技术标准要求。承包方式：本合同签约价格为综合交货价（含运输、16%增值税税费、保险费、检测费等）。

5、交货地点：中国水利水电第四工程局有限公司兴泉铁路7标项目部指定各个工作面。 6、产品质量及供货要求 6.1、必须保证国内外知名品牌全新生产的优良物资。 6.2、必须明确供货名称及地点，且必须将货物送到需方指定的各个工作面。 6.3、中标方应提供所供物资的出厂检验报告、合格证等有关质量保证等各项资料。 6.4、中标方应对所有供货产品提出明确质保时间，同时保证及时的售后服务，并出具模板计算书等相关资料。 7、付款方式 7.1、支付必须按照“先开票、后付款”原则。 7.2、每月 20 日前，供方凭材料、单据（对账单、结算单）和增值税（16%增值税专用发票）发票（开票时间不超过10日)到需方财务办理挂账手续，需方根据每月资金分配情况按月以银行转账的方式付款。 三、报名资格要求normal
