二、项目概况、招标范围

normal style="margin-left:24.0000pt; mso-para-margin-left:2.0000gd; text-indent:24.0000pt; mso-char-indent-count:2.0000; mso-pagination:none; line-height:150%; " >项目概况：昆明路高架段设计范围西起西三环以东，东至团结南路以东约25m，基本为直线，设计范围全长3329.4m，道路红线宽度为70-77m。工程全线在现状道路北侧大环河上方设置双向六车道主线高架桥，并在汉城南路交叉口两侧设置A、B、C、D四条匝道上、下主桥，桥梁总长度2957.9m，桥梁典型断面宽度25m，主线桥桥梁面积79067.85㎡，主要单元工程为：桥梁工程、道路工程、排水工程、交通工程、照明工程、绿化工程。

1、质量标准：执行国家标准。

2、路沿石采用C30商砼材质。

三、投标人资格要求

normal style="margin-bottom:8.0000pt; text-indent:24.0000pt; line-height:20.0000pt; mso-line-height-rule:exactly; " >1.1投标人为生产厂家，必须是在中国境内注册的独立法人，注册资金500万元以上，持有有效的营业执照、工业产品生产许可证、ISO9001质量体系认证证书。

normal style="margin-bottom:8.0000pt; text-indent:24.0000pt; line-height:20.0000pt; mso-line-height-rule:exactly; " >1.2投标人为代理商的，必须是在中国境内注册的独立法人，注册资金要求100万元以上，生产厂家必须满足1.1要求，必须具有生产厂家针对本项目的授权代理书。

normal style="text-indent:24.0000pt; mso-char-indent-count:2.0000; line-height:20.0000pt; mso-line-height-rule:exactly; " >1.3、投标人应具有荷兰砖或路沿石供货业绩，在近3年（2016年1月至今）内的供货合同不少于1个，且签订单项合同金额均在100万元以上（附合同扫描件）。

normal style="margin-bottom:8.0000pt; text-indent:24.0000pt; line-height:20.0000pt; mso-line-height-rule:exactly; " >1.4具有良好的银行资信和商业信誉，近三年没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结、破产状态。没有与骗取合同有关的犯罪或严重违法行为而引起的诉讼和仲裁；不曾在合同中严重违约或被逐。
