normal align=left style='margin-left:36.75pt;text-align:left;text-indent:-36.75pt;mso-char-indent-count:-3.5;line-height:16.0pt;mso-line-height-rule:exactly'>1.2.3  工程范围：规划建筑面积约13160平方米，占地约1700平方米，高八层，总高度30.75米，项目总投资5040万元。用途为教学实验用房,一层：整层留空作大空间，作为陶瓷专业的生产、实训空间。二层：作为课室，设计容纳约150人、120人规模的大课室各2间，其中1间150人课室按报告厅功能设计；其余小空间作为教师休息室，适当提高装修标准。三、四层：作为陶瓷专业的课室、画室及计算机用房。五层：作为行政办公用房、会议室、教师工作室、陶瓷专业课室。六层：作为服装设计专业的课室。七层：作为大师工作室，共8间，每间约150平方米，其中20平方米为个人工作室，130平方米为展厅与教学空间。八层：作为展厅空间，分为服装专业、陶瓷专业师生作品展示与永久藏品三个功能分区。该建筑应符合用地规划指标，方案可参照用地规划总图作出修改。
