Qualifications or Performance：1) The VHF equipment tendered by the bidder must hA/Ve the “Civil A/Viation Air Traffic Communication NA/Vigation Monitoring Equipment Use License” issued by the Civil A/Viation Administration of China. 2) This project does not allow consortium bidding. 3) The name of the bidder should be consistent with the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency. If it is inconsistent, the bidding documents will be rejected.
