normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.25;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>负责本项目规划用地红线范围内，及经招标人审批同意用于辅助项目建设所需的红线范围外的勘察工作，包括但不限于以下所有勘察、测量和现场服务工作：[■工程测量（含四等水准测量） 详测，规划现状地形图测量、规划放线，规划放线册〈满足报建要求〉等）、■岩土工程勘察（含详勘、超前钻）、■工程物探（含管线探测）]以及其他相关为配合设计进行的勘察、勘测任务，如旧路、旧桥摸查及勘察工作。按相关要求包工、包料、包安全、包水电，包通过建设等主管部门组织的勘察报告审查，包配合规划设计、初步设计、施工图设计、土建施工现场的跟踪技术服务，包验收以及其他相关的技术支持和服务。

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.25;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.1施工内容包括：具体以发包人确认的施工图为准。包括但不限于完成本项目施工工作：施工至工程竣工验收、工程结算、工程保修以及项目移交等，完成并配合业主办理报建、报批工作。工程竣工验收时应进行管线工程竣工测量，并提供竣工测量记录册，满足穗管线办【2017】29号文件的要求。

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.25;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.13为了加强对施工现场科学化管理，发包人要求承包人建立施工期间在线视频监控系统。承包人应在每一个施工工点安装的带全方位云台、室外防护罩及带自动光圈镜头一体化高清摄像机，并通过网络实现与发包人监控中心连接，在监控中心可通过键盘、鼠标操作，可实现云台的上下、左右，镜头的远近、自动长短焦变化的操作，摄像机的安装数量应满足实现对施工现场情况的全方位、无死角监控。发包人投标时应充分考虑施工期间在线视频监控系统的设置，相应费用在绿色施工安全防护措施费里统筹考虑，不再另行支付。

normal style='text-indent:27.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.25;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode:char'>3.14承包人应编制本项目施工期间的交通疏解专项方案。必须根据施工工艺和设计方案制定详尽的、有可操作性的交通组织疏导方案及应急预案，包括但不限于：《施工期间交通疏解方案分析与改善建议》及现状交通调查与分析、交通仿真模型、施工期交通疏解方案影响分析等，满足交警部门审批要求，确保将工程施工对交通的影响减至最少。提前做好各相关管辖部门的审批沟通工作，并将具体的交通组织疏导方案及应急预案报交警、交委审批，在交通繁忙期间，应设有专人协助公-安交通管理部门维护交通秩序。在取得交警部门及交委书面同意后先试围蔽后通过管辖交警部门到现场核实，并做好施工安全评估后方可施工。
