Additional Instructions：This tender document is issued by the tendering agency. The bidding documents are priced at RMB 1,000 or USD 148; they are not refundable after sale. Domestic mail order tender documents should be remitted to the bidding agency at the above address before the deadline for the issuance of the tender. The confirmation cheque will remit the US$198 (including the $50 express delivery fee) to the bidding agency at the above address (see table below).
