数量：1套
技术参数： 2”900#两相分离式的多相流量计，实现对油/气/水的三相计量。最大压降为50kPa，设计压力为10.7MPaG，设计温度为97.5℃。
项目概况：南堡35-2油田S-1井区新建一座无人驻守简易井口平台NB35-2 WHPC，NB35-2WHPC平台所生产油气水利用电潜泵的压力通过6"海底管道混输到NB35-2 CEP平台，与NB35-2CEP、WHPB平台所原油一起处理，处理合格后通过海底管道输送至世纪号FPSO进行存储及外输。
交货期：国内交货要求2020年1月10日到达天津塘沽买方指定地点，
国外交货要求2019年12月23日CIF新港港口。
交货地点：（境内货物）天津塘沽买方指定地点

2.资格标准：
投标人所投产品应具有至少1个项目在石油石化行业的业绩（该业绩处理能力不低于本次招标项目多相流的处理能力），并提供相应的书面材料证明（书面材料是指：合同及调试验收报告或合同及使用方出具的有效证明文件）。
多相流量计需按照《海上固定平台安全规则》的要求进行设计、制造、认证和检验。供应商应委托国家安全生产监督管理总局海洋石油作业安全办公室（COOOSO）认可的船级社（ABS，LR,DNV，CCS，BV）对多相流量计整体进行检验并获得检验证书。

3. 有兴趣的合格投标人可通过以下方式获取招标文件：

Technical parameters: The MFM (Multiphase Flow Meter) skid to realizethethree-phase metering of oil, gas and water, which measure principle shouldbeTwo phase (Gas-liquid) Separation, the connection size and rating should be2”900#. The Max allowable differential pressure is 50kPa, the design pressureis10.7MPa, the design temperature is 97.5℃.
Overview:
NB 35-2 oil field S-1 wellareawill built one new unmanned wellhead platform NB35-2 WHPC, theproductionliquid will be transferred by electric submersible well head pump viathe 6”subsea pipeline to NB35-2 CEP for treatment and advanced polish togetherwithproduction liquid from NB35-2 CEP/WHPB. After several stage treatment,thequalified crude oil will be transport to FPSO “ShiJi” for storageandtransferring.

From within PRC：January 10, 2020 of Construction Siteof Tanggu, Tianjin.

2. Qualification Requirements:
TheMultiphase flowmeter that VENDOR supplied should be mature products formanufacturers. The newly trial products isunacceptable. TheMultiphase flowmeter that VENDOR supplied should hA/Ve at least one projectapplication thepetroleum and petrochemical industry (theperformance’s processing capacity should be not lower than the processingcapacity of the MFM of the bidding project). The VENDOR shall provide thecorresponding written materials (written material refers to: contract and thecommissioning acceptance report OR contract and the valid certificate issued bythe user).
The VENDOR shall conform that Multiple flowmeter will be designed,manufactured,certified and inspected in accordance with Safety Rules forOffshore FixedPlatforms. The VENDOR shall provide the authorized third partycertificate（DNV、BV、ABS、LR or CCS）.
