3. 投标人资格要求

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.2投标人必须具有施工或勘察或设计或监理或工程咨询或房地产开发中的一项或多项资质，以上资质必须在有效期限内。

normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0;line-height:150%'>3.3投标人必须从2014年1月至今承接过单个项目总投资10000万元或以上的代建或代业主项目管理或施工或工程总承包或勘察或设计或监理或工程咨询或房地产开发项目，需提供中标通知书或建设业主下发的委托文件或与建设业主签订的合同或由建设业主出具的其他证明文件等证明文件（提供业主名称、联系人、电话和地址﹞。投标人的下属法人独资企业业绩可作为投标人业绩，但须提供证明材料。
