Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>汕尾红海湾海上风电项目陆上集控中心位于深汕合作区小漠镇大澳村小漠电厂西北侧，陆上集控中心按功能分区划分为生产区（共建+自建）、辅助生产区和办公生活区，生产区包括开关站和电气楼，开关站主要布置500kV进出线构架、开关站楼、500kV电抗器、事故油池、500kVGIS配电装置等；电气楼主要布置电气楼、500kV降压变、无功补偿设备间、事故油池、施工变等；辅助生产区主要包括检修材料库、油脂库、危废品库、综合水泵房、消防水池以及污水处理设施等；办公生活区主要布置运维楼、宿舍楼、综合培训楼、停车位以及预留远期用地等。

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:150%'>1)本次投标采用深圳能源集团电子招标投标平台（以下简称″深能招标平台”）电子投标（简称″线上”）方式。投标人须同时制作2份纸质版投标文件（一套正本和一套副本）并在开标当日通过邮寄方式寄送至招标人处存档备查（开标当日寄出，纸质文件与电子平台版本如有矛盾的，以上传电子招标投标平台的电子版本为准）。如果本次开标方式为两阶段开标，开标当日只寄第一阶段投标文件，即不含报价部分；进入第二阶段的投标人，三日内寄出第二阶段投标文件，即报价部分；如提前寄出报价文件，概不退回 ），开标当日应向招标人及招标代理以短信或邮件方式提供快递单号。
