Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>2026年天然气入户安装项目包括（调压箱、围楼立管，室内表具安装），市政土石方工程，高中低压PE管道安装，及压力管道安装监督检验。招标方有权根据实际需要随时调整。具体工作内容详见招标文件技术规范书。

NormalCxSpMiddle style='margin-top:2.4pt;margin-right:0cm; margin-bottom:2.4pt;margin-left:23.95pt;text-indent:-12.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.3质量要求：按照设计图纸及标准《城镇燃气设计规范》GB50028、《燃气工程项目规范》GB55009、《城镇燃气输配工程施工及验收规范》GB/T51455、《城镇燃气埋地钢质管道腐蚀控制技术规程》CJJ95、《聚乙烯燃气管道工程技术标准》CJJ63、《阴极保护管道的电绝缘标准》SYT0086、《埋地钢质管道聚乙烯防腐层》GB/T23257、《埋地钢质管道阴极保护技术规范》GB/T21448、《城镇燃气雷电防护技术规范》QX/T109、《建筑物防雷设计规范》GB50057等，且需符合合同期内所涉及新增、修订的国家、行业相关安装验收规范要求进行，工程质量要求为″合格”以上。

Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>5.3投标人须具备行政主管部门颁发的市政公用工程施工总承包叁级（含）以上资质，具备有效的特种设备安装改造维修许可证(压力管道)级别为GB1级或以上安装资质，具备有效的安全生产许可证。（证明文件：提供有效期内的原件扫描件，加盖投标人电子章或公章）；

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>4）保证金：如投标保证金以电汇形式提交，请汇款后联系招标代理，确认保证金到账情况。如投标保证金以保函形式提交，请在深能招标平台-项目管理-缴费支付功能上传保函扫描件并提前邮寄投标保函正本，确保招标代理在截标前签收。以电汇形式提交的保证金，默认原账号退回。
