Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;layout-grid-mode: char;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric'>深能北方能源控股有限公司主要从事新能源及常规能源项目的投资建设，公司在内蒙古自治区、甘肃省、河北省、吉林省、辽宁省、黑龙江省、青海省、天津、云南省、山西省等地区已投资建设了多个风电场、光伏电站、热电厂、制氢合成氨及压缩空气储能等项目。
Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>为全面提升北控公司下属各场站的安全生产标准化管理水平，统一企业形象，强化风险防控能力，依据《深圳能源品牌视觉形象手册》要求，现对北控公司风电、光伏、热电、制氢合成氨四大业态的安全标准化目视化物品进行集中框架采购，旨在打造安全、规范、统一的作业环境。
Normal style='line-height:150%'>2.2 框架协议周期：36个月，框架协议有效期内根据招标人下达的书面通知，中标人于15日内完成对应批次目视化物品的供货及安装工作。

Normal style='text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%'>本次招标为″深能北方能源控股有限公司2026-2028年度目视化物品集中采购框架”，中标人负责完成北控公司下属各场站目视化物品（含标识牌、安全警示标识、宣传栏、公告栏、标线、防撞条等）的供货、运输、卸货、保管、现场安装及质保期内服务等全部工作。

Normal style='line-height:150%'>5.3投标人未被列入国家企业信用信息公示系统（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html）、信用中国（www.creditchina.gov.cn）的严重失信名单或经营异常名单（证明文件：投标人无须提供证明文件，以评标委员会当天查询结果为准。）
