Normal style='margin-left:18.0pt;line-height:150%'> 数字化三维智能管理系统开发服务采购项目，包括采购系统开发服务，系统功能为平台用户管理、BIM模型审查、BIM模型管理、工程量提取、4D工程进度管理、施工 BIM模型展示与查询、数字化移交、智能P&ID管理、数据采集应用开发、外部系统数据接口开发；采购配套的示范应用项目实施技术服务，服务内容为模型深化、数字化移交咨询、数据治理、模型分类与编码、工程进度管理数据、智能P&ID创建、数字驾驶舱搭建。其他内容详见招标文件第八章。

Normal style='text-indent:24.1pt;line-height:21.6pt;background: white'>7）开标：在开标时间各投标人通过″深能招标平台”进行线上开标，投标人需准备好数字证书（CA证书）、网络及电脑，在开标时间用CA解密标书。操作详见办事指南。投标人未在规定的投标截止时间前完成投标文件上传并签到，或未及时解密投标文件，或加密投标文件解密失败后未及时上传非加密投标文件，均视为投标人放弃投标。
