Normal style='line-height:150%'>本项目的招标范围为：除雪车（自卸车配滚刷），暂估需求数量为6辆。包括但不限于含车辆及随车辆提供的备品备件、专用工具等的供货清单及分部、分项报价，价格包含技术规范书下的所有产品的底盘、上装、配件、设计、制造、包装、安装、调试、运输、上牌、培训与技术支持、质保等相关服务。具体内容详见招标文件第八章技术规范书的有关规定并以其为准。投标人必须对所有招标内容进行投标，不允许只对部分内容投标。如有重大缺漏，将导致废标。
