致各潜在投标人∶
现就南江县第四中学初中部学生宿舍建设项目施工/标段的招标文件作出修改，并将招标文件从新上传，请各潜在投标人按最新上传的招标文件为准。招标文件修改内容如下∶
- 招标文件 第二章 投标投标人须知 第10.7条款∶"合同履行过程中物价波动引起的价格调整"中的，☑不可以调整。在履行合同时，应按照合同约定的单价和价格作价进行支付，即投标报价表中标明的单价和价格在合同执行过程中是固定不变的，不因物价波动而调整，风险和收益由承包人自行承担。但因法律变化引起的价格调整除外。现变更为∶"☑可以调整。在履行合同时，钢材、水泥、砂石等主要材料价格因物价波动可以调整。"具体调整办法由招标人与中标企业在施工合同中约定。
