南昌铁路局注油普枕招标四次公告

受南昌铁路局的委托，对南昌铁路局注油普枕招标项目进行国内公开招标。现邀请合格的投标人参加投标，因本项目三次招标流标，现予以四次公告。

1．招标条件

本项目南昌铁路局注油普枕招标已由南昌铁路局以财务预算批准，采购资金已落实，本项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。

2．招标内容

2.1本项目共1个包件，明细如下：

3．招标方式

本次采购采用公开招标方式，资格审查采取资格后审方式。

4．投标人资格要求

4.1在中华人民共和国境内，经工商和税务部门登记注册，符合投标物资经营范围，能独立承担民事责任的法人；

4.2注册资金不得少于1000万元；

4.3投标单位需提供近两年总公司产品质量监督检验中心出具的投标物资检测合格的检验报告；

4.4 投标物资必须是本单位生产，不接受代理商投标；

4.5投标单位能提供增值税专用发票；

4.6本次招标不接受联合体投标。

5.2招标文件发售时间：2017年7月19日—7月24日，每日上午9时至12时，下午14时至17时。

5.3招标文件每套售价300元，售后不退。注：投标人必须在投标截止前通过网上支付平台进行支付（平台使用费），才能参与投标。
