1．招标条件
本项目南昌铁路局C2过分相功能专项整治招标已由南昌铁路局以更新改造计划批准，采购资金已落实，本项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。
2．招标内容

3．招标方式
本次采购采用公开招标方式，资格审查采取资格后审方式。
4．投标人资格要求
4.1中华人民共和国境内经工商、税务登记注册的企业，经营范围涵盖本次招标项目；
4.2 供方应具备200H型ATP设备制造或维修资质，满足国家铁路局生产企业认定要求；投标单位三年内无因自身原因违约、违规、违法或不恰当履约引起的终止、争议、仲裁、诉讼记录，无被责令停业、暂停投标及经济犯罪严重违法记录；
4.3本项目不接受代理商投标；
4.4产品符合铁路总公司《CTCS-2/3级列控车载设备维护管理办法》规定要求。
