威远县二幼分园新建教学楼工程施工招标（项目名称）招标公告

1．招标条件

1.1本威远县二幼分园新建教学楼工程施工招标（项目名称）已由威远县发展和改革局（项目审批、核准或备案机关名称）以威发改投[2016]42号（批文名称及编号）批准建设，项目业主为威远县第二幼儿园，建设资金来自2015年学前教育中央专项资金（资金来源），项目出资比例为100% ，招标人为威远县第二幼儿园。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目进行公开招标。

1.2本为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，威远县发展和改革局（核准机关名称）核准(招标事项核准文号为威发改发[2017] 80号 )的招标组织形式为委托招标。招标人选择（本在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为HG20170609009 ）的招标代理机构是广州广大工程项目管理有限公司。

2．项目概况与招标范围

2.1标段划分：施工1个标段。

2.2建设

2.3建设内容及规模：威远县二幼分园新建教学楼1800㎡。

2.4计划工期：120 日历天

2.5招标范围：施工图及工程量清单所示全部工作内容。

3．投标人资格要求

3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备独立企业法人资格,具备国家建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，2014年至今已完成1个及以上的建筑工程类的类似项目业绩，四川省省外企业需具备有效的《四川省省外建筑企业入川承揽业务验证登记证》或《四川省省外施工、监理入川承揽业务信息录入证》，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。

3.2本次招标（□接受；?不接受）联合体投标。联合体投标的，应满足下列要求： / 。

4．招标文件的获取
