中国华电集团物资有限公司受中国华电集团公司（简称华电集团）委托，以公开招标资格预审的方式确定工业用进口阀门合格制造商入围名录。本次招标主要对关境外阀门制造商的企业规模、资质资格、产品设计、制造加工、质量控制、产品业绩、合同履约、商业信誉、售后服务，以及执行的技术标准等因素进行评审，通过资格预审的制造商将具备参与华电集团系统进口阀门及服务采购的竞争资格。在未来具体项目采购中，只有通过资格预审的合格的进口阀门制造商有资格参与采购。现邀请合格的关境外阀门生厂商参加投标。

In the future specific proje procurement, only qualified imported valve manufaurers passing pre-qualification are qualified to participate in the procurement. Now we invite overseas qualified valve manufaurers to participate in the bidding.
